I force carbonated and its really good and spicy. It seems to have a very high alcohol content.

Primary Fermentation: bucket - 3 weeks
Secondary Fermentation: optional
- 10 cans of ultra cheapo apple juice concentrate (Flavorite @Winco $.71)
- 4 cans of the best juice they have (try minutemade old style)
- 2 lbs brown sugar
- 2 lbs honey
- 5 cinamon sticks
- 15 cloves
- ale yeast
Open all juice cans and mix with sugar and honey. Boil 1.5 gallons water for 15 minutes with the cloves and cinnamon. Combine water and juice in fermentor and be sure it is less than 90 degrees and pitch yeast. Ferment for 3 weeks or more and then in a secondary is if is still cloudy.
