This recipe is actually a mistake of my standard Irish Stout. After picking up what I thought was ingredients for a batch of my favorite stout I discovered instead of dark LME I was sold light LME. After being all set up for the brew day I decided to use the ingredients I had. The results were very favorable and have become my second favorite recipe. ENJOY !
