Primary Fermentation: 2 weeks
Secondary Fermentation: 4 months
- 20 lbs of Clover Honey
- 4 16 oz packages of frozen sweetended strawberries
- Acid Blend
- 2 packages Champagne Yeast
Boil Water. Add honey. Skim Foam. Cool to pasterizing temp . Add strawberries to pot. (Punch holes in a large zip lock for easy transfer and to minimize solids mixing with must). Cool. Transfer fruit and must to plastic fermenter and pitch yeast. When bubbler has stopped for at least a day, transfer to secondary. Add sparkeloid.
