This is a variation of Vach's Indians Pale Ale from this recipe collection. Difference is added 1/2# Vienna because I had it laying around and used 1 1/2oz Chinook (doubling original recipe) in boil because I SCREWED UP! The result is awesome. As a matter of fact I am enjoying one right now. Great creamy head, smooth malt at first and great hop finish. Didn't take a gravity reading but definitely has some kick. This won't be the last batch of this one.
