Millenium Oatmeal Stout

Source: N/S Brewers
Recipe added: 03/01/01

This beer turned out to be similar to Samuel Smiths, however it had a less robust flavor and more body (may want to add some more Black Patent or Chocolate Malt if that is what you are looking for). It was also comparable to a Young's Oatmeal Stout with more body. This beer tasted the best just a few weeks after it was bottled. 7 months down the road some of the flavors began to fade a little.
