STEEP GRAIN IN A MUSLIN BAG FOR 1 HOUR @ 160 DEGREES. REMOVE GRAIN AND BRING TO A BOIL. ADD ALL MALT EXTRACT AND MOLLASSES. RETURN TO BOIL. ADD 2 OZ EAST KENT GOLDINGS AND BOIL FOR 30 MINUTES. ADD 1 OZ FUGGLES AND BOIL FOR 20 MINUTES. ADD 1 OZ FUGGLES, IRISH MOSS, AND GYPSEM AND BOIL FOR A FINAL 10 MINUTES. ADD H2O TO MAKE 5 GALLONS. COOL TO 65 DEGREES AND PITCH THE YEAST.
