This is a smooth,malty beer. Very drinkable.

Primary Fermentation: 4 days
Secondary Fermentation: 8 days
Ingredients:
- 1lb.Munton's light DME 3lb.Munton's amber DME 2lb.Briess Gold DME 1lb.Rye flakes 1oz.Northern Brewer pellets(60min.) 1/2oz.Perle pellets 30min. 1/2oz.Willamette pellets 15min. Wyeast#2035 American lager
Procedure:
steep flaked rye 20-25 min. and remove. Stir in all dried malt extract boil 60min. Follow hop schedule.
