Great tasting brown ale. Very, very easy to make. It has a very malty character..big mouthfeel. I stayed away from over hopping and I got a rich malty, caramel finish. Even with the lack of specialty grains.

Starting Gravity: 1.048
Finishing Gravity: 1.012
Time in Boil: 60 min
Primary Fermentation: 4 days@70F
Secondary Fermentation: 14 days@70f
Ingredients:
- 3.3lbs Muntons Nut brown hopped extract
- 3lbs Amber DME
- 1 ounce Willamette (last 15min of boil)
- Wyeast 1056 American Ale yeast
- tsp Irish Moss (lst 15 min)
Procedure:
Boil all extracts add hops last 15 min.
