This was the best experiment we have ever done! The brew went so quickly and all our friends are looking for more!

Primary Fermentation: 7 to 10 days

Ingredients:

Procedure:

Bring 2 1/2 gl of water to a boil, add corn sugar. Final 5 min. of boil, add yeast energizer and juice. Add to primary and add water to 5 gl. Cool and pitch yeast. Ferment for 7 to 10 days. Transfer to keg and force carbonate.
