this is a great example of dark wheat beer it was one of my first brews though so there are a few things i will change the next time i make it. first i would use liquid yeast for wheat beer and second i would use honey to increase the potencey. all in all this is a very drinkable brew good bannana clove flavor

steep grains in 1 1/2 gal water and bring to a boil. when boiling commences remove grains from water and add extracts and corn suger (this is an old recipe the next time i make it i will use honey)at 30 min add irish moss. at 50 min add the saaz hops sparge into your fermenter and cold water pitch your yeast and enjoy!
