After adding vienna, bottle in fridge for 3-6 months @ 38F. Becareful not to drink more than 3. I am not held liable for any personal self-destruction. Not quite 12.9% abv, but should be closer to 10%abv.

After primary of 2-3 weeks add the following recipe: Makes a .5 gallon starter: 2 gallons h20 Mash grain @152f for 90 minutes sparge and collect liqour boil for 90 minutes 1 lb light malt extract .25 vienna malt .25 oz tettang- 90 min .25 oz Hallertauer and Wyest 2206 Make a day before bottling Add to bottling bucket before beer. Then add beer and bottle Lager for at least 3 months Probably better after 5 months.
