After adding vienna, bottle in fridge for 3-6 months @ 38F.
Becareful not to drink more than 3. I am not held liable for any personal self-destruction. Not quite 12.9% abv, but should be closer to 10%abv.

Finishing Gravity: 1.038
Time in Boil: 90
Primary Fermentation: 1 month
Secondary Fermentation: none
Additional Fermentation: 6 months in bottle
Ingredients:
- 11.25 pounds Light Liquid Malt Extract
- 5.5 lbs German Munich Malt
- 1 lb. 4 oz. American crystal 60L
- 3 oz. Belgian chocolate
- 4 oz. Wheat malt
- .62 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 90 min.)
- 1.25 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 30 min.)
- .94 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 30 min.)
- Wyeat 1056 Chico(2 packs) Had to use this because fridge wont go above 40F. Clean tasting, lets malt through
- Wyeast 2206 Bavarian Lager
Procedure:
After primary of 2-3 weeks add the following recipe:
Makes a .5 gallon starter:
2 gallons h20
Mash grain @152f for 90 minutes
sparge and collect liqour
boil for 90 minutes
1 lb light malt extract
.25 vienna malt
.25 oz tettang- 90 min
.25 oz Hallertauer
and Wyest 2206
Make a day before bottling
Add to bottling bucket before beer. Then add beer and bottle
Lager for at least 3 months
Probably better after 5 months.
