Excellent, rich head. A myriad of flavors comes though
over the dark malts and grains. If you prefer a maltier
brew (I do) forget the dry hops and keep the same hop rate. ]

Ingredients:
- 3.5 lbs. John Bull Dark
- 1 lb. Dark DME
- 1 lb. Amber DME
- 9.5 ozs. Black Patent
- .75 oz. Perle-Boiling (60 min)
- .50 oz. Perle-flavor/bitter (30 min)
- .25 oz. Perle-flavor (15 min)
- .50 oz Tettnanger-flavor (15 min)
- .75 oz Tettnenger-aroma (3 min)
- .25 oz Cascade-arome (3 min)
- .25 oz Cascade-dry hopped in secondary
- 1 packet Wyeast 2308 Munich lager yeast
- .75 cup Amber DME-priming
Procedure:
Seep black malt in 1.5 gals of water at 155F for 20 min.
Remove grains and add hops and extracts as indicated in
recipe.
