Recipe type: Partial Mash
Batch Size: 50.0 L
Starting Gravity:
Finishing Gravity:
Time in Boil: 40 min.
Primary Fermentation: 7 days
Secondary Fermentation: 8 days (lagering)
Ingredients:
- 3.5 L pale malt extract
- 2.0 L high malt glucose
- 300 g crystal malt(lightly crushed)
- 400 g munich malt ( " )
- 300 g wheat ( " )
- 70 g hallertau hop ( 4.2 ibu) Boil hopp
- 20 g hallertau hop Finish hop
- 15 g Coopers yeast
Procedure:
bring water to simmer and hang grain in bag for 5-10 min.
add malt & glucose stir to dissolve
add boil hop and bring to boil
boil for 30 min.
turn off heat
add finish hop
wait 5 min. and cool wort
transfer to primary
ferment for 7 days @ 20 C
lager for 8 days @ 3 C
filter or rack to keg and CO2
