Primary Fermentation: 5 days
Secondary Fermentation: 10 days
Additional Fermentation: 2 days condition in keg
Ingredients:
- 9 lbs Two Row
- 1 lb Crystal malt 6o L
- 1/2 lb Wheat malt
- 1/2 lb Carapils
- 1 oz Centennial 9.8% 60 min
- 1 oz Willamette 25 min
- 1/2 oz Kent Goldings 5 min
- 1/2 oz Kent Goldings Dry Hop in 2nd ferm.
- Irish Ale Yeast #1084
Procedure:
Infusion Mash at 153°f for 60 min
