This recipe makes a pretty yummy Marzen. The recipe was George Fix approved by e-mail ! The colour is a brilliant orange - brown. Next time I'll put more hops up front and a bit more for aroma.

Procedure:
Single temp infusion mash @ 151 (2 hrs 40 mins) then 30 mins @ 158F. Mashout @ 165F. Mash pH 5.3, sparge water pH 5.9. Final runoff gravity was 1013. Efficiency 80%
