A wonderful light American Ale that uses noble hops for a distinct flavor and aroma. This American Ale is great for the hot days of summer - a wonderful brew that you will be proud of and enjoy the whole summer long.

Starting Gravity: 1.034
Finishing Gravity: 1.002
Time in Boil: 60 min
Primary Fermentation: 5 days at 70'
Secondary Fermentation: 8 days at 70'
Additional Fermentation: Kegged, filtered and forced
Ingredients:
- 9 lbs American 2 Row Malt
- 4 oz Biscut Malt
- 4 oz 10L Crystal
- 8 oz Malted Wheat
- 1 oz Tettnang (4.4) 60 min
- .75 oz Tettnang (4.4) 30min
- .5 oz Crystal (4.3) 15 min
- .5 oz Crystal (4.3) end of boil

- 1 tsp Gypsum - add to brewing water
- 1.5 tsp irish moss 15 min
Procedure:
Dough in at 95' 15 min
Raise to 122' for 30 min
Raise to 150' 30 min
Mashout 168' 1 hr
Cool and pitch 1.0 liter Wyeast 1056 starter
