Very tasty with orange and coriander not overpowering.
One of my better wheats and it's only one month in the
bottle. The recipe is sort of a combo of
hefewiezen, wit, and grand cru beers.

Starting Gravity: 1.054
Finishing Gravity: 1.022
Time in Boil: 60min
Primary Fermentation: 14 days in glass
Ingredients:
- 2.5lb wheat/malt DME
- 1lb honey
- 1/2oz Hallertauer (boiling)
- 1/4oz Hallertauer (aroma)
- 3/4oz crushed coriander
- 1/4oz dried orange peel
- 1/2 tsp Irish moss
- Wyeast #3333 German wheat
- 4/5cup DME (prime)
Procedure:
boil malt, honey, and bittering hops total of 60min
add coriander, orange peel, Irish moss at 10min
add finish hops at 2 min
fement at 68 degrees
