Changed sparge technique which resulted in gravity about 15 points. Oh well. Next time we dry hop.

- 21.50 lb Great Western Two Row
- 2.50 lb Breiss Crystal 40l
- 1.00 lb Breiss Cara-Pils Dextrine

- 1.50 oz Cascade - 60 min - 7.8%
- 1.50 oz Cascade - 40 min - 7.8%
- 1.50 oz Cascade - 20 min - 7.8%
- 1.50 oz Cascade - 0 min - 7.8%

Procedure:
Infuse 4.7 gal @ 137F for 30 min rest @ 122F
Infuse 1.5 gal @ 212F for 30 min rest @ 140F
Infuse 1.8 gal @ 212F for 30 min rest @ 154F
Pulled a decoction for mashout to 170. Boil, fermented with 1 gallon starger of 1056.
