I suppose I should call it a partial mash but the extract is only 10%. I went a little over board on the dark grains, too. Tastes grrrrrrrreat!

- 12 lbs pale malt
- 1/2 lbs crystal 60
- 1/4 lbs chocolate
- 1/4 lbs black patent
- 1/4 lbs karaffe
- 1/4 lbs black barley
- 1.4 lb dark malt extract
- 1 oz northern brewer 120 min
- 1.5 oz fuggles 90 min
- .25 oz fuggles 10 min
- .25 oz fuggles strike
