I've made this one TWICE and it gets better every time!! Adapted from Dan Morley's award winning (AHA gold Foreign Stout 1996 - check Zymurgy) recipe! Try this one and sed me comments. DON't boil the oats first, just throw them in the mash!

- 1/2 Lb Crystal 120
- 1 1/4 Lb Oats
- 1 1/4 Lb Flaked Barley
- 1 1/4 Lb Roast Barley, Briess
- 3 oz chocolate malt
- 3 oz black patent
- 1/2 lb wheat

- 1 1/2 oz No Brewer 7.9 60 mins
- 1 1/4 oz Styrian Goldings 5.0 30 mins
- 3/4 oz Styrian Goldings 5.0 15 mins
