I LOVE THIS BEER!! I hope you like this beer also. Please send any comments or suggestions you may have. The best way I have found to drink this is to pour yeast and all into your glass. The yeast is the best part!

Batch Size: 5 gal

Finishing Gravity: ?
Time in Boil: 60min
Primary Fermentation: 4 days
Secondary Fermentation: At least 2 weeks in glass
Ingredients:
- 6 lbs M&F Amber extract
- 2 lbs Crystal (26L)
- 4 1/2 oz Fuggles
- 1 Tbsp Irish Moss
- Wyeast London ESB #1968 - Key ingredient
Procedure:
Steep grains @ 155F for 45mins
Begin boil by adding extract and 1 1/2 oz Hops
Add 1 oz hops @ 30mins
Add 1 tbsp Irish Moss @ 45mins
Add 1 oz Fuggles @ 58mins
Pitch yeast when cool...rack to primary for 4 days
rack to secondary (glass carboy) add 1oz hops ferment for at least 2 weeks
Bottle....let sit in bottle for 2-3 weeks
