This contest took first prize at a local contest which the
owner of Wild Goose was at. This later got me a chance to brew
at their brewery and was offered a job there as a brewer.

Time in Boil: 1hr
Primary Fermentation: 4days
Secondary Fermentation: 1 week
Ingredients:
- 19lbs. american 2 row
- 2.5 lbs Munich malt(dark)
- 1.5 lbs. crystal 60L
- 1.5 lbs. Carapils
- 1 lb choclate malt
Procedure:
Single step infusion Mash in @ 156 for 1 hr.
Boil for 1 hr.
2 oz. Bullion for 60min.
1oz. Fuggles for 10 min.
1 oz. fuggles for dry hop
