Finishing Gravity:
Time in Boil: 60 min
Primary Fermentation: 9 days @ 65-68 F
Secondary Fermentation: 8 days @ 65-68 F
Ingredients:
- 6 lbs extract (light)
- 4 oz roasted barley
- 12 oz crystal malt 40L

- 1 oz Northern Brewers (9.1$ AA) for 60min
- 1 oz Northern Brewers (9.1$ AA) for 40min
- 1/2 oz cascade (6.3%AA) for 10 minutes (finishing)

- Wyeast London Special

- 3/4 cup DME for priming
Procedure:
bring 2 gallons water + extract + grains to boil
(dont forget to sparge!!)
follow the hopping schedule
1 oz Northern Brewers (9.1$ AA) for 60min
1 oz Northern Brewers (9.1$ AA) for 40min
1/2 oz cascade (6.3%AA) for 10 minutes (finishing)
add wort to 3 gallons cold water to primary (adjust volume to bring to 5 gallons).
