One of our favorite dark brews to date. You may notice that
there is quite a bit of grain for 5 gallons. We have tried
several mashing systems and are currently using a insulated
retangular cooler. Our efficency is low at about 19% to 21%.
We would appreciate any suggestions on how to improve our methods.
