eerything balanced well, its rich, some malt complexity, defininte chocolate tones, hops stay back but its not too sweet. best to wait at least a month before drinking, ages well.

Ingredients:
- 5#amber malt syrup, 3#dark malt dry, 1/2# corn sugar.
- 1/8# black patent, 1/8 roasted. 1/4 chocolate, 1/2 crystal
- 2 oz fuggles 1/2 oz kents golding boil(14.9 hbu,) 1 oz kent golding aroma. Wyeast american ale 2 (1272)
Procedure:
crack the grains & bring to boil, strain then add malts, sugar & boil hops. after 1 hour add aroma hops, let sit off heat 5 mintues before sparging.
