Our best ale to date. Our efficency is low, around 19% to 20%.
If you have better efficency you could back the grain down to
10 or 11 pounds. We use a picnic cooler for our mash/later tun.
If you suggestions on how we may increase our efficency please
E-mail it. All and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Starting Gravity: 1.065
Finishing Gravity: 1.019
Time in Boil: 60 minuets
Primary Fermentation: 7 days glass
Secondary Fermentation: 7 days glass
Ingredients:
- 15 lbs Belgian 2 row
- 1 lb 60L crystal
- 1 oz Ultra, whole, at boil
- 1 oz Ultra, whole, at 30 minutes
- 1 oz Fuggles, whole at 2 minutes
- 1 oz Fuggles Dry Hopped
- EDME dry ale yeast
Procedure:
Single infusion mash method.
