The amount of black malt may be a bit high for some people, but I like black malt.
That said, I've not had anyone say they didn't love the beer.

Batch Size: 5
Starting Gravity: 1060
Finishing Gravity: 1010
Time in Boil: 90
Primary Fermentation: Glass
Secondary Fermentation: Glass
Ingredients:
- 9 lb Brit 2 row pale
- 12 oz 20* crystal
- 4 oz dark crystal
- 12 oz Munich
- 8 oz black
- 8 oz chocolate

- 12 HBU Eroica 60 min boil
- 4 HBU Fuggles 15 min boil

- 1 tsp Irish moss 15 min boil
- 3 tbl Burton Salts
- WYeast 1028 with starter
Procedure:
Mash in at 149-150 deg with 3 gal of treated water. Mask for 90 min. Sparge with 168 deg and collect 6.5 gals
Boil for 90 min. After 30 mins, add Eroica. 15 mins before end of boil add Fuggles and Irish Moss.
Cool wort and pitch yeast starter.
