a very mild yet full bodied beer a good all around summer drinking beer.

Primary Fermentation:
Ingredients:
- crystal malt 1 lb
- german melandoin malt "for redness" 1/2 lb
- amber malt extract 7.0 lb
- cascade hops 2oz
Procedure:
Steep the grain at 170 f. for 20 min. discard grain bring wort to boil, add amber extract boil for 60 min while adding 3/4 oz of hops first 60 min and 1/4 oz last 5 min.
