Ingredients:
- 8 lb Brit 2 row pale
- 8 oz 80* crystal
- 1.25 lb Roasted Barley
- 1.0 lb Flaked Barley
- 8 oz black
- 8 oz choc
- 4 oz wheat

- 14 HBU Northdown 90 min boil

- WYeast 1084 in starter

- 3 tbls Burton salts
Procedure:
mash grains at 149-150 deg in 2.75 gals water. Sparge with water at 168 deg and collect 6.5 gals. Boil and add hops when boil starts. Boil for 90 mins. Cool and pitch yeast starter.
