Everyone who has tried my Slam Adams says that it tastes like the the real thing.Judge for yourself.

Primary Fermentation: 7 days
Secondary Fermentation: 14 days

Ingredients:
- 4 lbs Alexanders light extract,3lbs British light powder,1 oz.williamette boiling,1 oz williamette finishing,1 cup corn sugar for priming.
Procedure:
Bring 2 gallons to a simmer,add extract and 1 oz williamette and bring to a boil.Add 1 oz williamette during last five minutes of boil.Ferment until beer clears then rack into secondary fermenter.Let sit for about 14 days and prime and bottle.I like to let it carbonate in my basement (where it is nice and cool)for at least 3 weeks.Thats it!
