This CREAM ALE has a dense white creamy head and a golden colour reminiscent of Molson Signature Cream Ale.
Should be a good summer beer. Serve at fridge temperature.

Finishing Gravity: 1.010
Time in Boil: 90 mins
Primary Fermentation: 8 days plastic
Secondary Fermentation: 12 days glass
Ingredients:
- 8.0# 2 row Harrington
- 0.5# Cara Pils
- 1.0# Flaked maize
- 1.25# Wheat
- 0.33# Crystal 10L
- 0.25# Flaked Barley

- 0.25 oz Nugget 50 mins
- 1.0 oz Liberty 15 mins
- 0.75 oz Liberty 2 mins
- 1/8 oz Nugget leaf hop back
- 0.25 oz Liberty hop back

- 2 pckg Danstar Nottingham Ale yeast
Procedure:
Standard 2 step infusion mash:
Protein rest @ 122F 30 mins
Mash @ 152 until conversion
Sparge, rack through mason jar hop back, wort chill,
pitch yeast.
