They use corn surup ( a cheap way to increase the SG)
but I think I added enough malt to compensate.

Recipe type: All Grain
Batch Size: 10 G
Starting Gravity: 1050
Finishing Gravity:
Time in Boil: 60min
Primary Fermentation: 1 week
Secondary Fermentation: 1 week
Ingredients:
- 19 lb. English two row.
- 3 lbs. Crystal 60
- 1/2 lb. Chocolate malt
- 1/2 lb. Roasted Barley
- 1 lb. wheat
- 2 oz. Cascade 60 min
- 1 oz. Fuggles 30 min
- 1 oz. Goldings 10min
- Use the wyeast that is suppose to be the same as the use
- I believe it is the new Yeast American 2 but will look
- it for anyone who neds the info.
