this was our first homemade recipe.it was a big hit at the races...now all our friends have us make it for every Gold Cup. enjoy!

Recipe type: All Grain
Batch Size: 5 Gallons
Starting Gravity: 1.054
Finishing Gravity: 1.004
Time in Boil: 60min
Primary Fermentation: 1-2 weeks
Secondary Fermentation: 1 week
Ingredients:
- 6lbs american 2-row
- 3lbs wheat malt
- 1.5lbs honey malt
- 1/2oz Cascade(pellet)@boil
- 1/2oz Kent Goldings(pellet)@boil
- 1/2tsp irish moss@45min
- 1/2oz Cascade@58min
- California Ale Yeast(White Labs WPL0001)
Procedure:
mash w/3.25 gallons@170F stablizes @ 150F for 60 min.
sparge w/5gal @170F collect 6.5gal
