Wee Heavy Molasses Ale

This was my first attempt at such a beer. After 1 month of bottle conditioning I tried one. It was pretty good. Very high alcohol content with a
thick malty taste. I suspect it will get better with age.
Specifics
Recipe type: All Grain
Batch Size: 6 Gallons
Starting Gravity: 1.086
Finishing Gravity: 1.008
Time in Boil: 1.5 Hours
Primary Fermentation: 1 week
Secondary Fermentation: 2 weeks
Ingredients:
- 12 lbs Pale Malt
- 1 lb 60L Crystal
- 1 lb 120L Crystal
- 1 lb Bisuit Malt
- .5 lb Flaked Oats
- 1 lb Clover Honey
- 12 oz Molasses
- 3 oz Fuggles
- Wyeast #1728 Scotish Ale Yeast
- Irish Moss
Procedure:
Used single step infusion mash.
Added 170°F stike water to grain to mash in at 150° F.
Held for 1.5 hours. Sparged at 170°F.
Brought wort to boil, then added honey and molasses.
Brought back to boil. Let boil for 30 min. then added 2 oz of fuggles.
Boiled for additional 45 min. then added 1 oz fuggles, and Irish moss.
Boiled for 15 more min.
Chilled wort and pitched with 1 pint of starter.
