The color is a little dark.But is a very drinkable BEER!

Primary Fermentation: 10 days at 68 degs. F.
Secondary Fermentation: None
Ingredients:
- 6.6# Priemer Wheat extract
- 1.5 oz.Hallertauer Mit. or Saaz hop pellets 4.5-5.5 total A.
- A. Boil.Boil for 45 min. add 10 grams bitter orange peal 1
- o.z. crushed coriander. The last 2 min. add .25 tsp.ginger
- and .5 oz. of saaz hop pellets for aroma.
- Pitched brewers choice 3944 Belgian White Yeast 1Quart
- starter used.Prime with 1 cup corn sugar.
