Ingredients:
- short grain rice (uncooked) 2.25lb.
- sugar 2.25lb
- raisins .75lb
- lemon 1
- water 1 gallon
- wine yeast
Procedure:
chop the raisins place in bowl with rice, sugar, lemon juice,
and water. add the yeast and cover leaving in warm place for
12 days stirring occasionally during first 3 days.
at the end of 12 days, remove the scum from the top of the container
then filter in to bottles. drink up
