Primary Fermentation: 10 days at 68 deg.
Ingredients:
- 4 oz. speical B
- 4 oz. crystal malt 20 LV.
- 3.3# Yellow Dog amber malt Ext.
- 3.3# Home brewery light Ext.
- 1 oz. English Kent golding hop pellets 5% A.A.
- 1 oz. Styrian golding hop pellets 3% A.A.
- 1 oz. Willemette hop pellets
- Pitched WYeast ESB 1968 Starter used
Procedure:
Add crystal & Special B malt to 2 gallons of water.Heat to
160 deg. hold for 30 min. Strain spent grains,add malt%
both golding hops.Boil for 40 min.,add willemette hops
boil 20 min. Cool to 70 deg.f. pitch yeast.
