Primary fermentation lasted about 4 days.
The color comes out to be as dark as Bass possibly a little lighter.
As good as most bitters that I've had in the UK.
I suggest not serving it directly out of the refrigerater.
Let it stand for 15 minutes to warm up a little.

Batch Size: 5 gallons
Starting Gravity: 13.5
Finishing Gravity: 3
Time in Boil: 60 minutes
Primary Fermentation: 6 days
Secondary Fermentation: 7 days
Ingredients:
- 6 lbs Dry light English Extract
- 1 lb 12 deg L english crysatl malt
- 1/4 lb 110 deg L english crystal malt
- 1 1/2 oz Kent Goldings (bittering)
- 1/2 oz Kent Goldings (aroma)
- Wyeast Labs. British Ale Yeast. (liquid)
Procedure:
Seep crushed grains in 2 gallons of 150 deg water for 30 minutes.
Add all dry malt and bring to boil.
1 1/2 oz of Kent Goldings once wort has been brought to a boil.
Boil for 45 minutes.
Add 1/2 tsp of irish moss.
In last few minutes of boil add aroma hops.
Combine 3 gallons of cold water with the two concentrated gallons of wort.
