Super-easy recipe with a super-duper taste.
Proof that one doesn't have to do all-grain to make a good
pilsner.

Time in Boil: 60min
Primary Fermentation: 14d @48 degrees
Secondary Fermentation: 14d @35 degrees
Ingredients:
- 5 gallons bottled water
- 7lb liquid malt extract
- 3/4oz Chinook pellets (boil)
- 1oz Saaz pellets (finish)
- 1oz Saaz pellets (dry in secondary)
- 4oz maltodextrine
- 1tsp Irish moss
- Wyeast #2124 Bohemian lager (from starter)
- 3/4cup corn sugar (priming)
Procedure:
Boil extract, maltodextrine, and Chinook hops for 60 min.
Add Irish moss for last 10 min. Steep finishing hops for 3
minutes.
Add dry hops after racking to secondary.
