This one is almost too good to share. I would love to compete with this one. Smooth, malty, and delicious.

Time in Boil: 90 min
Primary Fermentation: 70 degrees 1 week
Secondary Fermentation: 55 degrees 1 week
Ingredients:
- 8 1/2 lbs 2 row pale malt
- 1 lb crystal malt 90L
- 1 oz chololate malt
- 1/2 oz columbus hop pellets
- 1/2 oz norther brewer hop pellets
- 1 oz cascade hop whole flowers
- 1 pkg American Ale yeast 1056
- pinch irish moss

Procedure:
Mash grains at 155 degrees for 90 min. Boil wort for 90 minutes adding columbus hops after 30 min, northern brewer after 60 minutes and irish moss/cascade flowers after 80 minutes.
