Made this recipe for my brother-in-laws wedding. This is a light pale ale. My new sister-in-law complained that I didn't make enough. (of course the groom's party dipped into the stock several hours prior to the ceremony)

Recipe type: Extract
Batch Size: 5 gallons
Starting Gravity: 1.030
Finishing Gravity: 1.005
Time in Boil: 60 min
Primary Fermentation: 70 degrees 7-10 days
Secondary Fermentation: 55 degrees 7-10 days
Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 lbs light dry malt extract
- 1/2 lb corn sugar
- 1 lb liquid rice extract
- 1 oz northern brewer hop pellets
- 1/2 oz cascade hop pellets
- pinch irish moss
- Wyeast Am Ale 1056

Procedure:
Boil 90 minutes adding 1/2 oz northern brewer pellets after 30 min, 1/2 northern brewer pellets after 60 min, irish moss after 80 min, and 1/2 oz cascade pellets after 88 min.
