Ingredients:
- 6 # German Weizenmalt
- 1 # Australian Dark DME
- 1.5oz Hallertau Mittelfrueh Hops
- 3333 German Wheat Yeast
- Priming Sugar
Procedure:
Bring 5.25 gals of water to boil.
Remove from heat, add 6# German Weizenmalt and 1# Australian Dark DME. Stor until dissolved.
Bring back to boil.
Add 1oz of hops at beginning of boil.
Add 1/2oz after 30 minutes.
Cool wort, pitch yeast.
Ferment in primary for 7 days, transfer to secondary for 7 days.
