A well balanced pale ale. Light, with just the right amount of hop bitterness. Good summertime lawn mowing brew!!!

Starting Gravity: 1.051
Finishing Gravity: 1.010
Time in Boil: 60 min
Primary Fermentation: 7 days
Secondary Fermentation: 9 days
Ingredients:
- 6lbs pale malt extract. 2lbs two row pale malt. 1/2lb 15L crystal malt. 1/2lb carapils. 1oz Magnum hops (60 min). 1oz Kent Golding hops (last 20 min). 1oz Kent Golding hops (steep after boil). American Ale yeast 1056.
Procedure:
Single step mash of the grains at 152 for 1 hour in three quarts of water. Sparge with 6 more quarts. Then add this to three gallons of water and the extract. Boil for 1 hour following the hop schedule.
