I got a paper copy of this recipe from a local home brew supply. It was printed from skotrat.
I haven't found it since.
I can not take credit for this recipe but it is an excellent, flavorful beer.
The first time I made it, I skipped the Dry hopping (absent minded) and liked that batch better.

Batch Size: 5
Starting Gravity: 1050
Finishing Gravity:
Time in Boil: 60
Primary Fermentation: 5 days at 68-72 deg
Secondary Fermentation: 9 days at 68-72 deg
Ingredients:
- Wyeast 1056
- 7 lbs. Alexanders Pale Malt Syrup
- 6 oz. 80* Crystal
- 6 oz. 120* Crystal
- 2 tsp. Gypsum
- 1/8 oz Chinook 14.5 aa
- 3/8 oz Nugget 13.6 aa
- 4 oz Cascade 6.9 aa
- 1/8 oz. Saaz
- 1/8 oz. Ultra
Procedure:
heat 5 gal H2O to 150 deg, add grains for 30 min while heating to 170 deg. Remove grains. Turn off Heat. Add malt syrup and gypsum.
Bring to boil.
Add Chinook, Nugget and 1/2 oz Cascade
At 30 min. at Ultra, Saaz and 1 oz Cascade
After 55 min. add 1/2 oz Cascade
Dry hop 1 oz. Cascade in the 2ndary fermentation.
