Batch Size: 5 gallons
Starting Gravity: 1.045
Finishing Gravity: 1.010
Time in Boil: 1hr
Primary Fermentation: 8 days
Secondary Fermentation: (optional) 7 days
Additional Fermentation: 2 weeks bottle
Ingredients:
- 3.3lbs muntons lght unhopped lqd extract
- 3lbs muntons d.m.e
- 1/2lb flaked maize
- 1oz chinnok (full boil)
- 1/2 oz german hallertaur (final 10 min)
- 1/2 oz german hallertaur (steep 5 min)
- 3/4 cup corn sugar (priming)
Procedure:
mash maize and add liquid to rest of wort boil 1 hr adding 1/2 of hallertaurs 10 mins b4 hr steep other 1/2 oz 5min primary 8 days bottle for 2 weeks
