This is based on Charlie Papazian's Cheeks To The Wind Mild, with the addition of the english brown malt. This gives it a nice nutty flavor which is great. Flavor was good after about a month in the bottles, a little too carbonated for me. Maybe less priming sugar next time. A great beer to sit down and relax with.
