Primary Fermentation: 5 days
Secondary Fermentation: 7 days
Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 gal (all natural) Past. Apple Juice
- 1 gallon distilled water
- 1 can frozen apple juice syrup
- 24 oz. honey
- 1 1/4 lb. brown sugar
- 3 camden tablets
- 1 1/2 tsp acid blend
- 1 tsp yeast nutrient
- 1 cup corn sugar
- 4 oz lactose (un-fermentable sugar)

- 1 1/2 pkgs Dry wine yeast (7 1/2 grams)
- 3/4 cup corn sugar to prime
Procedure:
add 1 gallon apple juice and 1 gallon water to pot.
bring to a boil and add everything. boil for 15 minutes.
cool and pitch pr-rehydrated yeast.
simple.......
