This is a nicely balanced beer that drinks well during a hot Texas summer.

Primary Fermentation: 7 days
Secondary Fermentation: 7 days

Steep grains at 160 degrees for 30 min. Add malt, sugar and hops & boil for 35 min. Add finishing hops and Irish moss, boil 10 more mins. Ferment @ 75 degrees
