Bauneg Beg Stout

Recipe added: 05/02/97
This beer is very smooth and I have found using only 3/4 cup of priming sugar is too little sugar for carbonation so I increased the quantity to 1 cup.
This a fine tasting and easy recipe for stout lovers.
Recipe type: Partial Mash

- Black Rock Stout Kit

Boil Water to loosen contents in Black Rock Stout Kit.
Boil 1 gallon of water. When water boils add the kit,
barley and hops (use a steeping bag to reduce sediment).

After secondary fermentation bottle and let stand for
two more weeks. The beer tastes best after 6 weeks.
You may add more barley for a dryer taste.
