Ingredients:
- 3 Kg Lt Malt Extract
- 2 Kg Abmer Malt Extract
- 500 Crystal Malt Lb 10
- 1.5 oz Kent Goldings (Bitter)
- .5 oz Cascade (Aroma)
- .5 oz Cascadw (finish )
- .5 oz cascade (steep finish)
- 1.5 oz Cascade (dry hop)
- 1 tsp (gyspsm) (west coast)
- 1tsp (irish moss)
- 1 cup Oak shavings (primary_

- Wyeast 1098
Procedure:
Steep grain @ 65 C for 30 min
Add Malt - total boil 60 min
Add goldings @ 0 min
Add 1.5 cascade @ 30 min
Add . 5 cascade & 50 min
Add moss @ 55 min
@ 60 min turn off heat & add .5 cascade. steep 10 min
add 1 cup of oak shavings to primary
ferment 7-10 days
rack to secondary
ferment 7- 14 days
bottle w corn sugar or lt malt
Conditon at least 3 wks
